Organic Products for Thinning Hair

It’s a dilemma so many of us face: we’ve got a beauty concern we want to fix - in this case, thinning hair - but we don’t want to turn to harmful, chemical-laden products to help address the concern.

It can often feel like you’re just trading one evil for another, fighting one problem only to create another. Thankfully, with a little research and knowledge, this doesn’t have to be the case.

There are so many organic, effective options, both store-bought and homemade, to help combat thinning hair. To help you navigate the landscape easily and stress-free, we’ve rounded-up our favorite organic products that’ll get you the thick, full hair you want.

Organic Vitamins for Thin Hair

Hair and scalp health is just as affected by our internal health as our external health. That’s why vitamins play such a crucial role in helping curb thinning hair. Biotin is the most effective and popular vitamin for thin hair; this FutureBiotics Organic Biotin is certified organic and a great price.

Biotin is a B-vitamin that is naturally produced by our bodies’ healthy gastrointestinal bacteria. It helps product amino acids which build up to become different forms of protein like keratin, which is an instrumental building block of hair growth.

Vitamin E is essential in healthy skin and a healthy scalp is essential in promoting hair growth. That’s why taking Vitamin E supplements is such a good idea if you’re looking to stop thinning hair. You can get Vitamin E tablets at any health food or drug store.
